The second wall surrounding the city. It has turrets and small landing pads at its top. It is about twenty feet thick and forty feet high. Like the Wall of Treaties, it stands at only twelve feet normally and can be raised by mechanized systems underground during attacks. It has four gates at each of the cardinal points.
