Middle and Upper class citizens live in the Oro Apartments: a specially segregated residential area up high on hills and away from the pollution and noise of everyday life and traffic in the city below. The only difference between the residences of Middle and Upper class apartments is the size of their allotted rooms and the furnishings within. Though some wish for their separate homes, the reason for apartments stemmed from the lack of time and resources to continue rebuilding individual homes every time they were destroyed in the war. The people are at least grateful they have shelter, which is more than can be said for some.
