The first of the three walls surrounding the city. The Wall of Treaties is seven feet thick and forty feet tall. The actual height it stands at on a regular basis is about twelve feet. When the city is under attack, it is raised to its full height with special mechanized systems underground. The gates are usually kept open with guards stationed at its gates.
