Harmony Gardens is certainly decorated heavily with many flowers, trees, and pretty shrubs. It is a rather nice restaurant and lounge. Patrons are allowed to drink, smoke, and relax as they please upon plush couches with silk coverlets to the sound of sweet, lullaby music.
